As a solo traveller, Donatella's kindness and all our interactions during breakfast and whenever I would pop in during the day made me feel very welcome and sort of looked after, it was quite nice. The place was, of course, clean and perfectly located, especially if you're going for the Giornate Medioevali: near the first tower, but far enough from the night festivities at Cava dei Balestrieri to be peaceful.

Location is very close to the towers as well as several nice restaurants. Public parking is available at a discounte rate & is relatively close to the hotel. It's less than 100 meters from the hotel; however parking at the hotel is also possible. After calling the hotel upon arrival we learned that either option was available and very simple. The bed at the hotel was also very comfortable, it was more than we expected. Amazing sunsests as well. We will definitely return!

Everything was in perfect order, the staff was nice and friendly. As compatriots, we were pleased with the lady from Slovakia who works here - a nice and warm lady. The room was spacious and cozy. It was perfectly clean, everything was in perfect order. We only managed to try the pool from the wellness area, but we enjoyed it in privacy. While swimming, pleasant relaxing music was playing and the colors in the pool changed. Very pleasant relaxation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would love to come again.

The hotel has been very tastefully cared for and exhibits age-old class. We stayed in a great comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the view. The location is excellent just minutes to walk through the gate into the old quarter. Enjoyed lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant, plus a perfect buffet breakfast was included with the room. Just wish we had had more time to stay longer.
