I wasn't sure what to exepct as this was my first trip to Paramaribo. Greenheart hotel just blew me away. A small hotel, tucked away in a quiet street. The owners Manoj, Gert have done an outstanding job in creating the ambience - bringing all of nature inside the hotel - beautifully decorated rooms with great views, great attention to detail. Every room is different! If the place was splendid, the people are a notch higher! Everyone in the hotel was friendly, warm and caring. I had issues with my reservation dates and they were promptly taken care of.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of offerings. Also choice of eggs. Good coffee. The staff was very helpful with the local transport options, renting bikes. Also guided us to the transport provider to get from Georgetown (Guyana). Very helpful!
