Located near the airport, you do need a car to get around, however the hotel does arrange transport. THe resort is exceptionally clean and well cared for, our room was spotless and we also had a lounge which was great. The staff are amazing, a really nice place to stay

Kenito is an amazing guy, very welcoming and always available to help. His little hotel is a gem for Sao Tomè. No doubts I'd go back if I travel again to the country.

Probably the most accommodating host I’ve ever met! Alex responds to messages almost instantly and is incredibly helpful—whether it’s arranging airport pickup or recommending a local tour guide, money exchange - she’s got us covered. Our flight was delayed by two days, and she kindly adjusted our check-in dates without any extra charges. The place itself is so cozy—it honestly feels like staying at a grandma’s house (in the best way!). The bed is super comfy with a proper blanket and adorable bedding. Everything was spotless. Rooms are pretty spacious. There’s also an amazing restaurant just a 10-minute walk away called O Pirata—it looks simple, but the food was absolutely incredible. And if you’re in the mood for a bit of fun, there’s an old-fashioned casino just a few minutes away.

Very comfortable, independent accommodation facing the most beautiful beach in the world! Excellent breakfast and other meals! the staff were really charming and helpful. We were offered a visit to the island with excellent guides, visiting another very beautiful, and an magnificent hotel belonging to the same group. It felt like paradise...

The place is perfectly clean. The people in reception were very helpful, although the frequent blackouts in Sao Tomé make their life rather complicated. A place close to the airport. Good breakfast despite of early time of our departure.

Our favourite hotel in São Tomé and Príncipe! Very comfortable, clean room with AC, great setting in the middle of beautiful Santo Antonio, lovely staff and delicious breakfast in the cafe downstairs. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Príncipe!

The breakfast was a buffet style and was better and with more variety than most European or American 4+ start hotels. Good quality food, good use of local foods, very attentive service. I liked how they used some of the local chocolate syrups and preserves, as well as fruits and coffee. Excellent view of the sea for a bonus! We also had shows every evening, including a local live band and a youth orchestra playing local music. Both were great! The starts of this hotel however were the staff. The front desk was efficient, they were ready for the check in, they had the bill ready for the checkout, and they were always smiling and eager to help. The bartenders and maids were also friendly and proactive, very proactive, same for the towel person at the pool. And Bruna was fantastic! she was all over the place, talking to guests and helping in any way possible from getting taxis to organizing tours, making dinner reservations at local restaurants, etc. In summary, customer service was in line with or better than most 4+ star hotels in Europe or the USA.

This location is truly amazing, peaceful and beautifully set. Compared to Bom Bom, this place feels more private, exclusive, beautiful landscaping and the rooms are more luxurious. Our room was excellent setup, maintained and easily deserves a 10. There where a couple of very private beaches nearby on a 5 minute walk, worth a visit.

The location was ideal for me and WiFi access. the breakfast and staff are amazing too
