Hospitable staff, tasty breakfasts, comfortable room and breathtaking ocean view

Amazing stay! My best experience in the region so far! When they learned that my suitcase did not come with me, they upgraded me to the Kentia suite. Wonderful suite! I was given a phone with local calls and the staff was organizing my moves around town, calling me drivers to and from wherever I was going. I highly recommend this place. As for the staff, from the Directrice to the gate keeper, everyone was warm and welcoming besides being professional!!

Perfect place to chill out , beautiful beach, idealnplace to start and finish your travels

Nous avons adoré la propriété. It is clean and well maintained. There is no swimming access to the ocean but the pool is fantastic and you can lounge on a sand beach. The view from the restaurant is amazing. The lodges are very spacious and the bed very comfortable.

There are no television in room, very low pressure for shower Hot water heater is new but can't flow. Hopefully it will be fix and cable television install before my next visit. I like it because is really bath of nature as it is just few minutes near the mountains area. Breakfast is good. Very quiet environment.

Cleanliness, great staff and good food.

On arrival to the Oceane I was a bit concerned. It's located in a very busy chaotic neighborhood, which is not very appealing. But once I entered the hotel I realised I was in an oasis. My junior suite provided a very peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle outside. For the five nights I stayed there I looked forward to escaping the heat and hustle and bustle of the city and relaxing in the Oceane. Once the doors were closed I heard nothing from the street. The air conditioning worked very well and the room had its own router so Internet access was fast and reliable. My room was cleansed spotlessly every day. I never ventured afar to eat as the restaurants served extraordinarily delicious food and offered a varied menu so I never had the same meal twice. But the best part of Oceane is the people. Mariette imbues joy and fun. Breakfasts were special as Juliette greeted me each morning with her huge smile and always delivered a tasty omelet.

It is one of the only hotels in the area and probably the safest one there.
