Fantastic place to stay, and great value for what it is. Not a lot to do up against the mountains but that is the point, you come here to chill and unwind. The villas are all separate from each other so plenty of privacy and most noise comes from the landscaped stream, frogs and birds and not from other sources. We went in the low season so there was low occupancy at the time and we barely saw other guests. Bathroom is huge and has rain shower and full size bath. Water very hot if you need it. Very kind and friendly hosts who took us to local markets and hot Springs all which i recommend. There is a nice Cafe with view 400m up a steep hill nearby and another opening downhill on the 25th July, im advised by the owners. An excellent stay, highly recommended. Very nice, safe and quite place. The room is very stylish with private swimming pool and with beautiful walking area around . The bed and pillows are high quality and very comfortable. I had very nice sleeping there .. And i want to say about amazing and very kind owners there . Who are running this place . They are 2 young men and their father. They are all very kind and helping with everything you need .. I really love this place. And diffinitly recommend to everyone who likes quite life with nice songs of the birds in the morning 😊.. And you can go to any beach or any other areas in Hua Hin .. Just 15-20 min by taxi.. .. I used Bolt taxi .. it was very easy for me to get everywhere. For food delivery I also used apps Food Panda or Grab

Beautiful, well-maintained property with friendly staff.

I had initially booked at this property for a night. It's a really big property and the room was overlooking a football field. Being a football I loved it and also there was a match going on while I was there so I had the opportunity to watch a bit of the match as well.Guess what I loved it. I ended up staying for two nights. It's very peaceful out there and I ate all my meals at the cafe inside which was again great food. The manager Jan along with all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there on my way back.

The name “Above the Clouds” couldn’t be more perfect, the place really sits high up on the mountain with stunning views of the whole city from the terrace. The couple who runs it is incredibly warm and helpful, even giving us the best directions since Google maps doesn’t always show the easy route. The food and high tea were fantastic, and we loved the little touches like the swing in the garden where we would sit in the evenings. The property is brand new, spotless, and beautifully done, with plenty of parking and even reliable WiFi (which I really appreciated in such a remote spot).

HOME FAR AWAY FROM YOUR OWN HOME I have no words to explain my beautiful stay at MonMin Farmstay!!!! I needed a break from the noisy and hot of the city and I decided to book a weekend there in order to calm down and get some inspiration for my work. The first day I've already decided extend my stay for a whole week. The energy of MonMin Farmstay is UNIQUE! It is a little paradise. The peaceful atmosphere, the nice and deluxe houses, the best bed in Thailand, the kindness and love from all of the family, the delicious breakfast, the landscapes around. I felt myself at home!! They are always available for whatever you need. They helped me also with my taxi to the airport, asking me about cleaning my place during my stay and put some flowers for my place. You are always in contact with the owners, the housekeeper, and the mother of the owner. She is an angel!!!a real Gold Angel! We were talking a lot (via Google translator, it was so funny!), teaching me about the Thai culture, teaching me some origami banaba figures. I found a little family for me! We are still in contact :) I can't wait to back Thailand and spend some days again at MonMin Farmstay. All of my love!! Teresa.

Very stylish place. We stayed at the villa with a 1 year old. We were very well taken care of and the breakfast / food was great. The staff was very attentive.

Amazing accommodation ran by true hospitality professionals, we absolutely loved our stay and we can highly recommend it. It truly is a lush secret garden, the surroundings are just so gorgeous, a real oasis of calm and beauty. The family room was very spacious, and very well-equipped. Breakfast and lunch were fantastic and some of the best we had during our entire trip. We had to adjust our plans slightly, and the manager was so helpful and accommodating which was much appreciated. The family running the property has a very international background and therefore speaks English perfectly which was very pleasant We would love to come back one day and stay longer. Our kids (6 & 12 loved it there as well and didnt want to leave) Highly recommended!
