I made a mistake at the airport and took the wrong suitcase, it was very late at night and I did not have local currency, but the manager Ali called me a taxi, explained what to do and gave me money for the trip there and back!!! I loved everything about my stay at this hotel. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. He was very helpful and went above and beyond with anything that I needed. The location is excellent - just a short walk away from the bazaar, and walking distance to other attractions like the local museum. The room was spacious and very clean. I travelled alone as a woman and felt absolutely safe at this hotel. I am glad I chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
