Everything was perfect! -Warm welcome, super friendly -Beautiful big spacious suite with everything we needed for our little one -Filled mini bar -Excellent breakfast on the beautiful rooftop! -Food is amazing at the rooftop restaurant, as well as the people and view! -Super kind to our toddler and made sure we had everything he needed ALL WAS PERFECT!

We (a family with 2 kids at the age of 6 months / 4 years) had a wonderful stay at The Residence Douz. Amazing rooms, attentive and super child friendly staff. Breakfast was great and we felt very welcome in a positive environment, right next to the Sahara desert. The spa area is great. My best hotel experience in Tunisia so far, we even extended our stay. Thank you!

It’s difficult to write a review about this property without it sounding unbelievable, that’s because it is, unbelievably good in every way. The hotel is a quiet area a short journey from the airport, close to the Roman archeological sites of Carthage, stunning views from the roof terrace, staff that couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect, including meeting requirements for gluten free food and providing guidance for finding our way around. The property is impeccably clean and tastefully designed. The food cooked to order for us was excellent varied and in more than adequate quantities. At the end of the road is a nice cafe called Jasmin, where there was also a friendly helpful greeting, nice food and drinks which we used for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner one evening. I can’t single out any member of staff for special commendation, all went out of their way to make our stay relaxing and very special.

A traditional house, beautifully renovated while preserving authenticity. Perfectly located in the center of the Medina. Large comfortable room. Very nice and helpful staff.

This is a lovely hotel in Tozeur right in the town centre but on a quiet street. The design mixes traditional brickwork with modern decor all in desert tones and was very lovely. The staff was excellent and spoke great English and were helpful. We booked a tour to the oasis areas through them and that was excellent too - the driver had a nice SUV and drove safely. We thought the breakfast was great - fruit, dates, a basket of breads and pastries, homemade jams and honey, eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee - nothing to complain about as it was quite delicious and served on a lovely patio.

Excellent friendly accommodating staff who were able to speak to us in English, our only language. Great buffet breakfast. Happy cleaner with a personal touch. Good location. Good value
