Everything was truly superb at the hotel - it's architecturally stunning! Great rooftop restaurant and bar! The Suite was WONDERFUL - comfortable, great bathrooms, cool, access to outdoors/fresh air if you wanted, nice towerlsa nd shower amenities - very relaxing! The Hotel is located on the edge of the Medina so easy to get to/from, given the Medina streets are so narrow. The hotel staff are simply amazing - the security personnel, the staff at the front desk, etc. The breakfast was amazing too! Of course, if you want to shop in the Medina and see the sights of Tunis, it's perfect!

The staff were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much for them and they were always willing to help out in any way possible. A free upgrade (low season) to a four-poster bedroom with balcony and sea views was such a wonderful surprise. Dinners were good and breakfasts ample.

I had a delightful stay at Neira, the location was wonderful at the heart of Sidi Bou Said. The owners and staff were very accommodating and kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the communal space well designed and beautifully decorated. I had a great time at the hammam, very cosy vibes and excellent massage. I highly recommend this charming place and will definitely be back !

A Luxury hotel but great value for money and great service Stayed in places two or three times the price of our room but not near this quality The rooms are spacious and quiet The staff were always on hand but not too intrusive Excellent spa as well Would highly recommend

Great stay at misk villa, The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is great, many choices and interesting combinations. There are parking places in front of the villa. I highly recommend this place .. Also, sidi bou said is safe for female solo travellers.

I think I found the perfect hotel. I found my transfer ready at the airport, I checked in sipping their marvellous lemonade, in the modern, spotless and quiet room I found a complimentary water bottle and a fruit basket (dates are so delicious!), breakfast choice and quality is amazing, when I told them about a led lamp, they changed it immediately, and everything was perfect till the last day. I loved to find my pyjamas arranged as a butterfly on the bed. At the check out they organized a transfer to the airport and they noticed I left behind my cable. They even left me a little gift, souvenir of a perfect stay. Staff was impeccable at any time, I am really amazed with their professionality and kindness. Receptionists were really helpful. This hotel and especially its wonderful staff will make me visit Tunis again, probably in winter when climate is so mild.
