The staff were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much for them and they were always willing to help out in any way possible. A free upgrade (low season) to a four-poster bedroom with balcony and sea views was such a wonderful surprise. Dinners were good and breakfasts ample.

I had a delightful stay at Neira, the location was wonderful at the heart of Sidi Bou Said. The owners and staff were very accommodating and kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the communal space well designed and beautifully decorated. I had a great time at the hammam, very cosy vibes and excellent massage. I highly recommend this charming place and will definitely be back !

We (a family with 2 kids at the age of 6 months / 4 years) had a wonderful stay at The Residence Douz. Amazing rooms, attentive and super child friendly staff. Breakfast was great and we felt very welcome in a positive environment, right next to the Sahara desert. The spa area is great. My best hotel experience in Tunisia so far, we even extended our stay. The decor in the whole hotel, including the rooms, lobby and dining areas, hot and cold pools, rooftop patio, was top rated and we were shown to our rooms and introduced to every part of it by the helpful reception guy who spoke wonderful English

Very nice and authentic property, very friendly, warm and welcoming staff, great food. The owner Hachem speaks several languages perfectly, including German. The shared indoor and outdoor lounges are very agreable. The views on the nearby hills and valleys are beautiful. The property is ideally situated for visiting the amazing archeological sites of Dougga and Bella Regio.
