This is a great little hotel in the old town near all the historic sites. all of the staff were wonderful and the bed was excellent. Nice toiletries, very soundproof windows and a complimentary upgrade.

Really cozy place with super kind hosts. Large room and very clean. Right next to the center of this small town yet very quiet.

Absolutely everything. I have no complaints whatsoever. The room was super cute, well heated, and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are just the loveliest people you could ever meet! The view is magnificent as well, and the viewpoint for the balloons is only 2min walk away!

The staff were very helpful to make plans! We went there almost without plans but he explained and made plans for us very nicely and quickly. But the lobby, there was a bit smell of smoke. Breakfast was very nice. The olive they served was not too salty and very nice. After we enjoyed a balloon tour, we could took breakfast and spent time at the terrace with nice and calming atmosphere. The room was cute and I liked the furnitures. They renovated old ancient cave house by themselves. There are nice amenities. Very nice and unique experience. There is a friendly dog who can recognize whether customer likes him/her.

We have visited over 30 countries, and the hospitality we experienced at Ayazma Cave Hotel was the best we've ever had. My husband and our 11 month old son were welcomed and cared for by the staff Sencer, Ruhan & Ali. These three gentlemen absolutely made our visit wonderful. They were so attentive, thoughtful, and kind. Nothing was a hassle and we genuinely felt like we were part of the Ayazma family. Ruhan was our night manager and was always avaliable and attentive. On our first night after 12 hours of travelling we were welcomed with a fruit platter and some wine - exactly what we needed! Sencer is a bright young man who helped us with all our tours & sight seeing. This was a tough job as all our tours needed to be baby friendly and fit in with a very jet-lagged baby. Ali cooked all our meals to perfection and made the best breakfast arrangements. I highly recommend a traditional Turkish coffee made by Ali. All three gentlemen loved our son and took time to play with him and make him laugh - this was such a big treat for us. The hotel itself is fabulous. The cleastest hotel we have stayed in by far! The room was very spacious and had the most divine bathroom! Huge shower that our son loved, heated tiles - the works! Bed was comfortable, sheets & blankets soft. Tea, coffee and water always avaliable. The hotel is less than 10 minute walk into town which was perfect for us as there was no street noise. You really feel like you're tucked away in your own Turkish sanctuary. The owners should be so proud of their wonderful staff Sencer, Ruhan and Ali - they made our stay unforgettable ❤️. We have already recommended this hotel to family who hope to visit Cappadocia.
