Everything is perfect but I have to say the staffs are the best. Betty, Mr. Han and other staffs (sorry I don't know your names) are extremely welcoming and treated me with warmth and generosity during my short stay. Thank you! The location is good too. You can watch the hot balloons from the hotel terrace or you can walk just for a few minutes to the sunrise/sunset view point.

Incredibly friendly and smiling staff. Always ready to help with our needs and questions. On arrival at the hotel there were welcome drinks. For more comfort of our family, one room was upgraded. They made a great surprise compliment for my birthday. There was free coffee, tea and cake for all guests throughout the day. The mineral water was refilled every day in the rooms. The exterior and interior of the hotel are magnificently decorated in a traditional style. Peace of mind and silence for good relaxion. A nice sunset view.

Clean, quiet, spacoius, modern villa with really comfortable bed and large private pool. The staff were incredibly attentive and very quick to answer and attend to any request by a very efficient whatsapp system of communication, albeit a request for more water, towels, or a lift down to the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great with the added option of cooked eggs or turkish menemen.. yum! If you are planning a stay in Turunc, this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed! Absolutely loved our stay here.

A cosy boutique cave hotel in one of the most beautiful towns in the region. I am leaving 4 oda cave house feeling sad, it was my home for the last 4 nights and I have to say I will truly miss it. My room was so cosy and comfortable, great bed, pillows and so warm in the winter months. Sami and Batu went above and beyond for me and the lady at breakfast made me the most delicious brekkie every morning. I will also miss Mila the little doggie - every hotel needs a dog! If you are looking for an authentic stay in Cappadocia this is your place. A lovely scenic walk into Urgup where there are the most delicious restaurants and cafes and not to mention stunning cave homes. Thank you so much!!!

All the staffs are brilliant. They made us feel welcomed. The room is clean and tidy. Osman, the cat in the hotel, is super adorable. He is the best cat in Istanbul! Will definitely stay in this hotel again if we visit Istanbul.

Our stay was so, so wonderful. The staff, location, rooms, and food (literally everything) could not be faulted. The room itself had great aircon (even though the way the rooms are built of stone keeps them cool). The wifi was never below full bars. There was heaps of light in the rooms with windows if you wanted to open them. There is a rooftop terrace with a beautiful setup for photos and relaxing. The pool was so refreshing and you can use it whenever you want. There are loads of sun umbrellas, if like me and my partner, you are sun conscious. But it is the people that really push this place into unforgettable. Murat helped us with organizing a balloon ride, and it was the best location and price. They helped us with organizing shuttles, dinner recommendations, scooter recommendations, where to watch sunset. They made us feel so welcome and looked after. Offered cold drinks when poolside, Turkish coffee in mornings. We felt like royalty. But we saw they just treat all their guests this way. Not ever pushy but always available. Could not fault this place if I tried.

We would like to thank the entire hotel personnel for making our stay really amazing and wonderful, they did their best to make us feel in a great comfort, they efficiently managed to be at our disposal for any service that we were looking forward including: reservation of the restaurants, selecting tours etc. They were super friendly and always to the point. They helped us to resolve any problems. For example there was no direct transfer of shuttle from Urgup to Nevsehir bus station and the owner of the hotel took us with his own car that would cost us at least 35 euros. The tours provided by their friends was really fascinating and full of picturesque sightseeing activities that encompassed Kapadokia beautiful landmarks. As for the hotel, it is roman style building with the architecture of a cave, really unique experience, very well designed super clean and very shiny. Breakfast delicious and super yummy! Thank you once again for this amazing opportunity!!! We plan to get back soon to the same hotel!!!!
