Excellent dinner and breakfast.

Lovely gem of a property in a quiet corner of the old city. The rooms were spacious, and very clean and on the higher floor, you get a wonderful view of the Bhosphorus and the Galata Tower side of Istanbul. The location was also very good, away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas like Istiqlal shopping street but not too secluded. There were shops and plenty of restaurants within a 2-3 min walk. There’s also a train station just 1 min away! The Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sofia were within walking distance - about 15 min away. Gulhane Park was also close by. Also walking to the Grand Bazaar was a pleasant one. Mr. Utkan and the team there were amazingly helpful! So good that they spoke good English! They were very proactive and so willing to go out of their way to pamper the guests. All coffee and tea and other beverages were free of charge and they deliver to the rooms too! So don’t forget to make use of some caffeine pro bono when there. The WiFi was super high speed! And there were beautiful murals on the wall by the hotel that encapsulates what Istanbul has to offer which was a nice spot for photos too. Also, upon check-in, Mr. Utkan sat us all down with a map and gave us his ideas on an itinerary on where to go and which area to head to. That was very useful! On my last night, the housekeeping team unfortunately didn’t get round to refreshing my room as I had returned to work for two hours in the afternoon (which was the time they were free to clean). I returned in the evening and expressed my discontent. The hotel team took it so very well. They were sincerely apologetic, offered someone to come clean quickly, wanted to offer drinks and in the end, made up for it in a big way which was amazing! I would definitely recommend this property for sure and I will return myself should I go back to Istanbul which is highly likely! Thank you to the hotel team and staff! Wonderful hospitality!

The best hotel in the world. Stayed there for the second time. The hotel is in a good location, close to all tourist spots. Very clean and tidy rooms and an amazing rooftop terrace with views. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff very welcoming. They were full of information to help us on our travels. We would happily stay at the White House Hotel on future trips

So far, an excellent stay of our trip in Turkey! strategic location near bus and train station, linked us to many interesting historical sites. We were very satisfied with both the house and the manager, Han — thank you so much! This hotel wouldn’t be the same without Han — he’s incredibly professional and truly outstanding! Location: This guesthouse is in a perfect location. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the Sunrise/Sunset Balloons Highest View point, and no ticket is needed. From the hotel itself, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets, hot air balloons, and a panoramic view of Göreme town. It also takes only 4 minutes to walk down the hill, where you’ll find lots of restaurants, cafes, and gift shops. Rooms: I stayed in two different rooms, and both were fantastic. Each room had three windows, and even the bathroom had a window — which is great! For a cave hotel, good ventilation and dryness are so important, and this made our stay extra comfortable. Room 10 had a large balcony and amazing natural light. Room 5 faced directly west, so we could enjoy the sunset from inside the room. The photos we took there turned out beautifully! Service: Breakfast was plentiful and delicious every morning. Manager Han was especially professional and attentive — he truly cared about everyone’s emotional well-being. One morning, I accidentally bumped into a glass door. Han immediately came to check on me and helped right away. He brought me a chair to sit on and kept asking if I was in pain or needed to go to the hospital. He was incredibly patient and kind. Whenever we had any issues, Han responded quickly and resolved them, which made our entire trip so enjoyable. When we left the hotel, Han and Melte even gave us a ride to the bus station — thank you so much! Special thanks also to the young man who helped carry our luggage — he seemed so genuine and kind.

This has to be one of the best places I have ever stayed. The brothers (and sister) who run the house are all friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the room itself was clean, warm (it was snowing outside) and comfortable. It was also a genuine cave hotel, which can be hard to find. We most certainly would stay here again and hopefully for much longer next time.

Our stay was perfect, an unforgettable experience. The warm welcome we received was just a glimpse of the exceptional service that awaited us throughout our stay. The staff, particularly Murat and Anya, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. They took the time to provide us with invaluable local insight and tips and even booked baloon ride for us. The hotel's central location was ideal, allowing easy exploration of the region. Breakfast was delicious. Our gratitude to the entire team for making our trip truly magical!
