The hotel was just fabulous, exceeded all reasonable expectations! Perfect location, an easy walk to all major historic attractions and the Grand Bazaar, subway and other transport, restaurants and shops. Also close to the Galata area and to the water buses to the Asian site of the city. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with exceptional staff always ready to help and even bring drinks to the terrace on the top of the hotel to enjoy the great view. Welcome drinks and snacks. Special thanks to Utkan for the many valuable tips and the upgrade to a room with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Greatly recommended and amazing value for money. A quiet island in the middle of a beautiful but crowded and noisy city. The previous comments are all true, I won't repeat them. The roof terrace is fantastic, we had dinner there two nights. Thanks to the excellent staff for their hospitality. Tip: Hagia Sophia is only a 5 minute walk and open in the evening, So don't waste your time queuing during the day. In the evening you can admire the mosque in peace.

Lovely hotel, great staff and the most friendly owner

The location was great, the staff was very friendly, the room looked great and was very comfortable.

This was our second stay here and it completely lived up to our memories. It is a small family run hotel and everyone is very friendly and helpful. As soon as you step through the gate you are entering an oasis of beauty and tranquility. Everything has been designed with such care and love to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Taking breakfast in the shaded courtyard was a delight, and there is so much choice. It was lovely to return here after a busy day of exploring to have a swim and a glass of wine by the pool. I'm sure many people stay here for 1/2 days when visiting Ephesus, but it's worth a much longer stay

Warm reception, friendly and helpful staff (Sadik, Ahmet, and Emir), beautiful view on the Golden Horn and Suleimaniya mosque. Easy access to metro. Galata tower and Istiqlal street within walking distance. And cozy cats in the lobby add to the charm of the place :)

Is a nice and cozy hotel, with nice people that try to help you with anything. This is a pet friendly hotel.

The staff is particularly friendly and helpful. The rooms are super nice, mine had a great jacuzzi and all vanity supplies were readily available. Breakfast was abundant and delicious! The last day, they even provided for me a little bag with food to go as I had an early check out. I'll never forget the permanent smile in their faces and how welcomed and special they make you feel in every interaction. The hotel is located in Urgup, which makes you avoid the crowds and movement of Goreme. In any case, Urgup has a nice city center where shops, restaurants and bazaars are super close.

Excellent breakfast, staff exceptional, management went out of there way to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Cappadocia. Would highly recommend perfect location close to everything. Book you balloon ride with them you won’t be disappointed

The house is new, the rooms are large and clea. There is a jacuzzi tub in the room, but I am not sure that it is functional. I could not make it work. The location is close and just outside the turistic area, in a very quiet setting. They provide a an awesome traditional Turkish breakfast, and the entire personnel is very friendly and eager to make you feel at home The breakfast is served at the top level from where there is a great view over Uchisar Castle.
