My expierience was great. Especialy regarding particular moment. Initaly a made a reservation of a standard room for 1 night. The manager said, that because i'm staying for only one night, he wants to give m3 a room with a virew an Bosphorous! So kind! But the next morning i asked for an additional night. The hotel manager said, that there were no standard rooms left. But to make me happy, he offered the suit room for the price of a standard room. This way i avoided looking for another hotel with a standard number room and price. Thank you for everything!

Everything. The views from our balcony and terrace were spectacular. I would say that even better than on the balloon viewpoint. Will add some pics for the reference. The breakfast was heavenly delicious and plentiful. The hot food was fresh and served to your table straight from the kitchen. A cold buffet is available to help yourself. All the staff extremely helpful and kind. Han and other team members (apologies,did not take other names) are the stars of this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. The team went beyond: served coffee upon arrival while we were waiting for our room to be ready. We were allowed to check before check in time,and helped with the airport transfer. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was just perfect 😊

Before checking in, we consult about transportation options from the hotel to the airport via the message function on Booking.com, and they advised us on the best way. When I arrived at Selçuk Station, they kindly picked me up by car. Upon check-in, they served me fruits and drinks, warmly welcoming us. Later, they lent me a book in Japanese about the Ephesus ruins. When we mentioned that we didn’t have enough time to visit the Ephesus ruins, they graciously showed us around the nearby ruins and took us there before check-out. Finally, they drove me directly to Selçuk Station. It was a truly fulfilling stay.

What can we say, where can we start, Zedan we didnt get to bid you the final farewell in person as our taxi arrived early, but we wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to you and your staff. We wish you so much joy and prosperity, We absolutely loved this beach hotel resort, the location is stunning, the views from every angle of the property were breathtaking, pool was fab, a buggy service to accommodate the steep hill, but staff always available to get you from top to bottom or vice versa in seconds, Zedan & Co were the perfect hosts, we felt very welcome and Zedan personally went above and beyond for breakfast as per our requests, all the staff around the resort were so friendly and so helpful, the guys at reception were so very pleasant and quick with any requests for fresh bedding/towels/toiletries, nothing was any trouble, truly a wonderful place to stay, we were sad to say goodbye, but will hopefully return one day I wish I could post all of out memories here for everyone too see

The most pleasing aspect about this property was that it is family-owned. Mohammed, the owner personally welcomed us and made us feel at home. Even the hotel staff were very courteous. We were happy to note that they gave us one of their best rooms with a beautiful view of the river Bosphorus.Doruk Palas gets a 10/10 for its location. And the room and bathroom were very clean. If we visit Istanbul again, we would like to stay here again!
