The best hotel in Sultanahmet!

The hotel is situated quite high on the hill so we had a lovely view of Kas and the sea from our balcony. The room was adequate size, all comforts provided. The staff are lovely, everyone had a smile and a kind word for us. Breakfast by the pool is exceptional.

The staff is perfectly trained to serve your every need, they are very friendly and concerned about your well being. The location is perfect, 5 minutes away from Sultanahmet's major attractions. Very good breakfast. Spotless cleanliness.

The hotel is located only a short walk to Selcuk city center and ca. 5 min. drive from Ephesus ancient city. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The hosts went way and beyond to try to cater our every wish. Fantastic breakfast with lots of options and custom made eggs and drinks according to out wish was offered to us every morning. Water and additional soda refreshments in the mini bar were offered w/o additional cost. In addition, we were given cooled water when we went out for day trips and offered tee or coffee when we returned, all w/o additional charge. Amazing hospitality. We were able to park in front of the hotel on the not busy street, also free of charge.

We loved everything about this boutique hotel! Both the room and bathroom were tastefully decorated, spacious, immaculately clean , with a huge comfy bed and lovely outlook. The courtyard is so tranquil , with soft music playing everyday. Was lovely in the afternoon with a glass of wine and a plate with olives , cheeses, crackers and bread that was available. The breakfast each morning was delicious and there was always a freshly baked cake to help yourself to during the day, along with Turkish tea and coffee etc The owner is (as are all the staff) so incredibly friendly and welcoming , without being at all intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so helpful in organising a superb guide for us with only one days notice.

This hotel offers the best value for the quality of room. Staff were excellent, breakfast was great. Location was excellent as well. Just 50m away from the Goreme Viewpoint. Would definitely rebook this hotel.

During our stay at DORUK PALAS Hotel, we were impressed by the exceptionally friendly and supportive staffs who made us feel like we were in a luxurious 5-star hotel. They warmly welcomed us with a refreshing glass of lemonade and provided us with all the necessary information. Reaching the hotel was hassle-free, especially if you opt for a taxi from Taksim Square or utilize other transportation methods. While the hotel is not reached by an airport shuttle bus, it remains easily accessible from various points from the Airport shuttle bus stop. It should be noted that if you have heavy luggage, I would advise against using the metro, as the hotel is situated on an uphill/downhill side from the nearest metro station. The room itself was remarkably clean and spacious, providing ample space for our comfort. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Galata Tower, just a 10-minute walk away, and the Karakoy ferry station, a 25-minute walk, made it a convenient base for exploring the area. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was also kept impeccably clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast served at the hotel, finding it to be of good quality. One of the highlights of our stay was the presence of adorable cats on the hotel premises, which added an extra touch of charm and warmth to the overall ambiance.

The villa we stayed in is spacious and has a stunning sea views and a beautifully maintained outdoor area, complete with sunbeds and a large, regularly cleaned swimming pool. The villa’s private beach is a perfect spot to relax, complemented by a delicious breakfast buffet and a restaurant with breathtaking beach views. The standout feature of Z-Villa is its incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Manager Zeydan leads by example, greeting guests personally, sometimes even serving food, and always ensuring everyone is well taken care of. Their thoughtfulness shines, like when they prepared a breakfast package for our early checkout without us even asking. The charming Turunç area, with its handcraft shops, homemade food, and scenic mountain views, makes the experience even more special. Highly recommended!
