The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was hospitable and friendly not forgetting how accomodating the service was; our room was spacious and clean and the food was good.

The location is a plus. Being so close to the city made it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. The property strikes the perfect balance between convenience and comfort. Highly recommended for travelers who appreciate modern living.

Room, dining and amenities were perfect. Architecture and design of building was extraordinary. The surrounding nature was like a paradise! The pool was well designed and kid friendly.

Had an absolutely fantastic time. From checking in to checking out. The staff were the real stars of the show. Every single one. They were warm and friendly..all around gems. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

A very colonial boutique feel to the hotel. A proper getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach was easily accessible from the hotel and relatively private. You also have access to the pool and and there are enough deck chairs. The sound of the waves crashing upon the rocks and the lovely foliage and greenery was so relaxing. The food was excellent! Staff were always ready at hand to help out and were so friendly and approachable. A special thanks to Dennison for all his help. The owners would always ask about our stay and we felt really looked after. Taxis could be arranged upon request if needed. We also asked them to arrange kitesurfing for my son; and a manicure and pedicure for my mum. Thank you Candice for this. They also had a buffet and music on Sunday evening on the terrace under thr moonlight. Absolutely loved it. My family and I would definitely revisit and are already recommending the Blue Haven to others. Thank you for making our stay special.

There is a chicken restaurant within walking distance. The free shuttle to and from the airport and the mall was ideal.

The hotel is very conveniently located in Scarborough, the facilities are impeccably clean and well appointed. The staff are very friendly and will try their best to meet your needs. There's a free shuttle to the ferry/airport and beach! The double bed rooms are spacious and have everything you need - microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine. There is also a coffee and hot water station down in the lobby. There is a spa onsite, amazing pool and view and a lovely restaurant with terrace. I had to check out super early to catch the ferry but the hotel was able to accommodate a boxed breakfast for me. It was delicious and well balanced. If you forget any amenities - there is a small shop in the lobby area with essential items, snacks, drinks and some organic skincare products. I would recommend to anyone whether business or leisure - super safe if you're traveling alone!

Breakfast is always an amazing experience at this hotel. You get the general and expected bacon and eggs and it is always cooked to perfection . My high point is the local items they feature daily. So the roast bakes, fried bakes, puffs, baigan choka the amazing pepper sauce. Amazing breakfast with a really nice view. Staff at breakfast are the sweetest humans you can find. Very helpful and they remember you, which is always a nice touch.

Meals were beyond expectations. We had all our breakfast and dinners at the hotel.

Everything except the air condition in the loft never worked.the staff were very helpful and the owner very friendly.
