Particular mentions to Tony who was always ready to help and share a joke and to Lazarus the manager who was so welcoming and informative. The rooms were luxurious...huge bathroom with bath, huge balcony with beautiful views, big and comfortable bed. We had full board option and the food was excellent and plentiful. Attention to detail...drink on arrival, ensure we had everything ready for gorillas trek, turn down beds with hot water bottles, fruit in room, clean shoes after the trek.. etc Location was only 10 minutes away from start of gorilla trek so extra sleep in

Guest reviewThe property was very clean, newly painted, lots of flowers in the inner courtyard around which all the rooms are situated. The staff were very courteous, nothing was impossible for them and they understood all our requirements very well. Even though they didn't have a campfire facility, they promptly arranged some firewood and lit one in the carpark itself for us to chill. They really showed that we are quite valued to them. Toilets are clean, well equipped with hot and cold water with high pressure on the tap. Very clean sheets and towels.
