Guest reviewSublime, calming interiors and exteriors. The welcome was genuinely welcoming and we felt we were wrapped up in tissue and ‘taken care of’. Alfo, pre-empted what we would like to know and experience in the area and made arrangements for us. The whole property was an experience of calming luxury.

Guest reviewBeautiful old restored house with a lovely bedroom, overlooking Plaza Zabala, close to the Buenos Aires ferry terminal. A very comfortable bed & a themed room with tasteful antique football memorabilia - ours was based on an Uruguayan footballer who played in the first ever World Cup winning team in 1930 - priceless. Breakfast was excellent, including the best muesli I have ever had in my life! The staff were magnificent - kind, helpful, intelligent, good-humoured & genuinely warm people who really made you feel comfortable & welcome. There was a beautiful library to relax in & a magnificent view of the sun setting in the Rio Plata.
