I really liked the hotel, especially the cat (blue kitten🐈) makes you stay comfortable and breakfast was absolutely delectable and appetizing. Beautiful family owned little hotel in Khiva, friendly and helpful owner. Place is stunning, beautiful carpets and wood details. Room is comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. Had to leave early so we got packed box breakfast, still tasty and various. Khiva is definitely the hidden gem of Uzbekistan, a must do stop along the Silk Road.

We received wonderful hospitality during our stay! The welcoming staff went out of their way to ensure we felt great. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed, and the breakfast is good. The location is convenient, as it's not far from the airport, the railway station, or Registan—all of which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by taxi.
