stayed in the dorm room here and absolutely loved the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The place is surrounded by fresh air and greenery, which made my stay feel really relaxing — a perfect escape from the noise and rush of the city. Each bed has its own curtain, so even in a shared room, you still have your own little private corner. The common area is also really nice, with plenty of space to sit, read, or just enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. The hosts were super kind and helpful, always making sure everyone felt at home. The onsen here is truly a hidden gem in Hanoi. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail – everything felt organized and authentic. The mineral water was warm and gentle on the skin, and after soaking for some time, I felt lighter, healthier, and very refreshed. The staff was kind and explained the etiquette clearly, which made me comfortable even though it was my first visit. It’s such a rare experience to find something so Japanese right in the heart of Vietnam.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful, bringing us fresh fruit and fresh juices as a complimentary treat. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices — one of the best we’ve had in Vietnam. The room was brand new, spotless, and very comfortable. The hot shower worked perfectly, and the bed was super cozy, giving us great sleep every night. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. We originally booked for a short stay but ended up extending our visit because we enjoyed it so much. We’ve stayed in many hotels during our time in Vietnam, and for the price, this was by far the best value we’ve found. Communication with the host was effortless thanks to Google Translate — they were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend this place — we would happily stay again
