Excelente place to stay. Very beautiful environment. Extremely kind and helpful host. Nearby there are shops and restaurants. We booked a ha giang loop motorbike trip with them. It was a well prepared tour with delicious food and amazing drivers. 100% recommended.

This hotel has recently opened but it has amazing services. Besides the beautiful riverside views, the local staff and quality facilities made this stay unforgetable. Also, they organize for you the Ha Giang loop at a great price. Definitely recommended.

The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

The hotel really takes care of the guests needs. From the moment of arrival till the time when you have to leave the hotel. The hotel has a fantastic team with Mr Cuong ensuring everything is taken care of. Miss Lilly is fantastic in the customer service role with good support all round. The food was wonderful, with breakfast being a sumptuous buffet supplemented with an a la carte menu. The afternoon teas being an unexpected extra.

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.

There are no words to describe the appreciation and joy my partner and I felt over the past five days. We arrived to a place with breathtaking views, spacious rooms, and a fun pool — but more importantly, a warm, family-like team who truly made us feel at home. Every day we were welcomed with smiles; breakfast was delicious and varied from a menu; each evening we returned to a rose-water foot bath; whenever we came back from an outing, we were greeted with fresh fruit juice; they arranged bikes for us to explore the area; and when our onward bus got canceled, they immediately found us a solution. A small tip: everyone we met at the hotel (including us) ended up extending their stay because it’s so hard to leave. So you might want to book a couple of extra nights from the start.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pinus Boutique. The new hotel is immaculately clean with beautiful rooms, really comfortable beds and in a great location with incredible views. Will was an amazing host and helped us with local recommendations and advice for our time in Hoi An. The bicycles at the hotel are new and great for getting to the old town and the beach. You’re in a great position to get to both meaning you get the best of both worlds. The laundry and airport drop off was also great. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - we can’t wait to come back!

The host was very helpful. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The room looks as good as the picture.

My 2nd time staying here. Just love it so much. Staff are nice, the room was quite spacious and the location was perfect and laundry room also available, loca food is perfect. If ever go back to Ninh Binh. I will just pick this place to stay.
