The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

Location is perfect, accessible to all main places.

Nice and quiet, Will goes the extra mile even meeting me a 4:30 am to let me exit and give me a breakfast bag when I did a ‘border run’ to extend my visa. Breakfast is great. Beach and ancient town close by but bike or taxi. Some excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Everything was spectacular. The facilities, room, location and staff were brilliant. They have done an exceptional job creating a beautiful holiday experience, we hope to come back one day.

Clean and recently opened hotel, the room is spacious with new equipment. The team is very kind and helpful.

I would recommend it a thousand times. The service was spectacular. All the staff, especially Nancy, were very helpful during our stay and did their part to ensure that we had the best experience, not only during our stay but in the city itself. The location, the cleanliness, the room and the common services such as the pool and the fitness area 100% met our expectations. Thanks to the chefs for the food. We are leaving happy and would choose them again in the future.

It felt like they genuinely cared, and I always knew I could count on them whenever I needed help.

The villa itself is beautifully designed and modern comfort. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a lovely view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend Daisy's Tam Coc Villa to anyone visiting Ninh Binh.

We enjoyed our stay at Silk River. When we arrived, we were greeted with cooling towel and a welcome drink. The check in was breezy and we were attended by Ms My who was friendly and extremely helpful. She helped us arranged a car to our next destination, a small town, which was quite out of the usual way. We were on a tight schedule to get tailor made Ao Dai for a friend's wedding and we were introduced to a good shop to make our clothes for next day collection. The pool was a great respite from the heat as July is one of the hottest month in town. The morning buffet was tasty and the selection is wide, my kids particularly enjoyed the cut fruits and a sweeten yogurt in a jar. Location wise, it is a 5 to 10 minutes Grab ride from old town, so you would find it a quieter part of town, not so noisy with boats or tourists. I liked the fact that I could do my morning run 2km along the river side into town and back.

Very comfortable, good location, good air con. Great stay would come back!!!
