The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

The breakfast was excellent and included all Vietnamese traditional dishes. Banh cuon and pho bo are my favourite dishes for breakfast and both were excellent.

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.

We loved staying at Tam Coc Horizon Retreat. It is a beautiful oasis of peace run by the sweetest vietnamese family, set in an amazing location with a splendid view on nature and very new apartments with high quality services. Here we found peace, amazing landscapes, deep care and attention to the detail. Anna and Tony will make you feel instantly at home! The restaurant is very good too, it has a great selection of fresh fruit and typical food, we appreciated very much the wide choice of breakfast. We will defitinitely come back here again and we suggest to choose this amazing structure, it is a unique pearl in Tam Coc.

Visiting this onsen was the highlight of my weekend in Hanoi. The interior design perfectly captures the beauty of traditional Japanese culture, with wooden tubs, natural stone, and calming music. I tried both the indoor bath and the outdoor one, and each had its own charm – the outdoor bath at night was especially magical. After the session, I noticed my skin felt smoother, and I was completely relaxed. It’s not just a spa treatment, but a true cultural journey.

This was my best experience in a hotel in my life so far. I felt amazingly taken care of and I've got much more than I expected. The room was exactly the same beautiful as on the pictures. There are so many details that the host puts attention to - smell, music, flowers, fruits for the guests. I was impressed by the breakfast as well - big delicious combo of omelet, fruits and banana pancake. Also, Mr. Will, the host and the owner of the hotel, is such a nice person and gave me lots of great recommendations about places to see and services in Hoi An. After a week here I feel like home and want to go back here for sure. I recommend to stay in Pinus hotel deeply from the heart ;)

The villa is elegant and affordable at the same time. Every room is tastefully decorated, simple yet luxurious and you can take beautiful photos anywhere <3

This was the best experience we had so far in Vietnam. The family that owns this Homestay is so nice, helpful, caring and lovely. We would even give an 11 out of 10 if it was possible. They have also helped us organize our excursions, we could use their bikes for free and they were always available to answer all our questions. We strongly recommend this place!

Amazing location, in a less touristy area. Very nice staff, good food, great value for money.

This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Vietnam. The staff was very polite and courteous. Thry helped us with check-in even though we arrived late at night. The night manager and supporting staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms were very clean, well-equipped and spacious. Great ambience in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was very tasty had ample variety. Along with the breakfast spread they offered us several vegan dishes from the veg menu to order from the live kitchen during the breakfast buffet. All the staff members here are really polite and warm. Especially Kathy the customer relations manager is very warm and friendly and makes sure your stay is very comfortable and ensuring everything is going well. The hotel has a complimentary steam and sauna. They also have a free shuttle from and to the Hoi An Ancient Town centre and Cua Dai Beach. Another customer relayions manager Luna was very efficient in helping us locate the shuttle. The location of the hotel is great, with everything nearby and a supermarket just on the opposite side of the road. This hotel is impeccable! Makes you want to come again and stay.
