The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

That staff are delightful. Love the check in procedure. No standing at the desk. You have a seat in a comfy arm chair, are brought tea, candy and a wet towel. The beautifully dressed ladies check you in seamlessly. From the doormen to the waiters and bell boys, it’s amazing service. I felt like royalty. The breakfast buffet is sensational. Absolutely exquisite presentation of my boiled eggs.

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property and view is stunning, the rooms are spotless and the staff are some of the warmest, most welcoming people we’ve met. It was truly the best place we stayed in Ninh Binh. Thank you for making our time here unforgettable!

The onsen here is truly a hidden gem in Hanoi. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail – everything felt organized and authentic. The mineral water was warm and gentle on the skin, and after soaking for some time, I felt lighter, healthier, and very refreshed. The staff was kind and explained the etiquette clearly, which made me comfortable even though it was my first visit. It’s such a rare experience to find something so Japanese right in the heart of Vietnam.

Pinus Boutique is a modern, clean and beautiful hotel. the rooms are spacious and are very welcoming.

The villa is elegant and affordable at the same time. Every room is tastefully decorated, simple yet luxurious and you can take beautiful photos anywhere <3

There are a lot of things that I enjoyed about this accommodation. Firstly, my wife and I loved the huge bed, it’s the biggest bed I’ve ever been in. The location was excellent, it’s was far enough (not far) from the main street to be a quiet hotel. We enjoyed using the free bicycles to visit some of the tourist spots. The room was large and comfortable. The host was amazing, she was so helpful and excited to be at our service. She does a great job running the hotel with her family.

One of the best places I have stayed. It is beautiful and quiet here 1km out of the noisy city. Tony and his family are beautiful kind people who make you feel like part of the family.

Amazing the hotel, the personal help us every moment, if we go back to Hoi An, we will stay in the same hotel.
