The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

Excelent location; room is very clean! Breakfast is amazing with many choices! Staff are very friendly and supportive! I will get back to them when I return Hanoi for sure!

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.

The property was beautiful, quiet, and perfectly located just a short distance from the centre. The hotel provides bikes for guests who want to cycle into town, only a few minutes away. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and came with a balcony and a lovely, peaceful view. I truly loved everything about this stay.

Visiting this onsen was the highlight of my weekend in Hanoi. The interior design perfectly captures the beauty of traditional Japanese culture, with wooden tubs, natural stone, and calming music. I tried both the indoor bath and the outdoor one, and each had its own charm – the outdoor bath at night was especially magical. After the session, I noticed my skin felt smoother, and I was completely relaxed. It’s not just a spa treatment, but a true cultural journey.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pinus Boutique. The new hotel is immaculately clean with beautiful rooms, really comfortable beds and in a great location with incredible views. Will was an amazing host and helped us with local recommendations and advice for our time in Hoi An. The bicycles at the hotel are new and great for getting to the old town and the beach. You’re in a great position to get to both meaning you get the best of both worlds. The laundry and airport drop off was also great. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - we can’t wait to come back!

My group stayed in five rooms, including kids, and everyone felt so comfortable. The shared space is cozy — we spent the day chatting and watching the rain together, and it was such a joy.

Super friendly and nice atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was also good, bike rental was included, even with mountainbikes. Would definitely recommend it! Our best accommodations in Vietnam so far :)

One of the best places I have stayed. It is beautiful and quiet here 1km out of the noisy city. Tony and his family are beautiful kind people who make you feel like part of the family.

Hands down the best hotel I stayed in Vietnam. Value for money, the place is beautiful, the staff is kind and attentive, it’s just a bit outside the old town but you can easily reach the old town or the beach, the installations are great, perfect breakfast, the spa is quite good too. There is nothing to dislike. Most places I stayed in Vietnam can be really pushy asking for good reviews and the staff of this hotel was really discreet about that, you could tell they are worried about your experience more than just requesting 5 stars like most places. I even decided to stay one more night. 10 out of 10. If there were more stars to give, I would!
