Guest reviewOur stay at this apartment was simply perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean, the location was excellent, and all the furniture and equipment were brand new. The staff made our experience unforgettable Blend was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help us whenever we needed anything. Dakja, the lady who cleaned our room, is one of the warmest and most genuine people I have ever met. She made us feel truly at home. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.

Guest reviewAn amazing place with the best host ever! Very nice place with wonderful views. But the best of all is the host Sadri that did everything for us! So helpful, fun and relaxing guy! You felt like a part of the hotel. You also have possibility to use the outside barbecue area that was so nice! If it wasn't that far away from North Sweden I would come her often. We four guys had absolutely lovely 3 days here and Sadri made it perfect for us! 💛💙

Guest reviewRooms were beautiful, very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are in the restaurant below and the food was incredible, again with brilliant and friendly staff. If you want to find it put ‘Grill Jaki’ into Google maps - much easier that way.

Guest reviewAppears to brand new, located on the 11th and 12th floors of a shopping mall. The "lobby" is located on the ground floor of the mall, on the left-hand side, just after the mall elevator. The check-in desk is manned 24-hours and there is a private elevator in the lobby area that takes you to the hotel floors. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. It was tastefully furnished with a desk, cabinet, and closet. The bathroom was gigantic with an extra-large shower area. The room was very quiet at night. The hotel/mall is a short walk from the bus station and there is a nice park across the street. Located very close to the few tourist sites that Gjakova has to offer. Despite the lack of tourist attractions, I rather enjoyed my stay in Gjakova as it is a relaxed town and rather modern by Kosovo standards. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and found the room the be an outstanding value given the overall size and the quality of the furnishings.
