Our stay at this apartment was simply perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean, the location was excellent, and all the furniture and equipment were brand new. The staff made our experience unforgettable Blend was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help us whenever we needed anything. Dakja, the lady who cleaned our room, is one of the warmest and most genuine people I have ever met. She made us feel truly at home. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.

The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. The room has comfortable beds, and the bathroom has a great shower. The room is also very clean. It has a lovely terrace. The hotel's own terrace offers a beautiful view of the mountains; it's a wonderful place to relax. Breakfast is prepared for you with omelets, bread, cheese, and vegetables and is delicious. There are beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We felt very welcome at the hotel and were disappointed we could only stay one night :). It felt like coming home (especially for our daughter, with the fish and cats). We would love to come back!

Wow, what a place! Amazing people, stunning rooms, great location. I injured my knee before the trip and they were very accommodating in letting us choose the most suitable room. The restaurant is amazing too!

Such a beautiful hotel. Everything is designed with attention to the detail and really invites you to relax and enjoy your stay there. The breakfast was delicious - the products tasted super fresh and you can tell that they have been carefully sourced. The staff was super helpful and assisted us with getting a taxi so getting into town and back was not a problem at all.

We left early, didn’t have breakfast but a breakfast bag was prepared for us! Very nice

Great hotel with beautiful surroundings and excellent staff. The only thing is the spa not open yet which we were not aware of before.

Appears to brand new, located on the 11th and 12th floors of a shopping mall. The "lobby" is located on the ground floor of the mall, on the left-hand side, just after the mall elevator. The check-in desk is manned 24-hours and there is a private elevator in the lobby area that takes you to the hotel floors. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. It was tastefully furnished with a desk, cabinet, and closet. The bathroom was gigantic with an extra-large shower area. The room was very quiet at night. The hotel/mall is a short walk from the bus station and there is a nice park across the street. Located very close to the few tourist sites that Gjakova has to offer. Despite the lack of tourist attractions, I rather enjoyed my stay in Gjakova as it is a relaxed town and rather modern by Kosovo standards. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and found the room the be an outstanding value given the overall size and the quality of the furnishings.

The hotel is located very close to the city center in a quiet street, it looks beautiful, everything was perfect, the restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The beds are very comfortable, everything is very clean and has wonderful details. The breakfast was very good, and the prices in the restaurant are excellent.

The location, rooms and the view from balcony was very good, very relaxing and warm place.
