The facility is brand new and easy to find next to the Czech embassy. The fact that is a self-check in is something I really love. You type in the code you received and you enter the house and then your room. The rooms are large and everything worked perfectly. I wanted to have a long morning sleep and loved the fact that you could completely darken the room. Everything is very functional, not luxurious but a very good standard. Walking to the the city center is easy and takes about 10 minutes.

The beds were very comfortable. There was secure parking place for the car. Staff was very kind and helpful. Especially the guy Butrint working at the restaurant was so professional that I asked him whether he studied tourism before.

I stayed for three nights with my family and we had a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent – central, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. We were also very impressed by the quality and variety of the food – everything we tried was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Another big plus was the on-site parking, which made traveling with a family much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel 12 to anyone visiting Gjakova. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, service, and location. We would definitely come back!
