The facility is brand new and easy to find next to the Czech embassy. The fact that is a self-check in is something I really love. You type in the code you received and you enter the house and then your room. The rooms are large and everything worked perfectly. I wanted to have a long morning sleep and loved the fact that you could completely darken the room. Everything is very functional, not luxurious but a very good standard. Walking to the the city center is easy and takes about 10 minutes.

It was the best Hotel in Prishtina, i was very enthusiastic from my room, the personal was friendly and i love the friendly talk in the morning with the Concierge, always i love these Hotel and it is in the near from the Football Stadium Fadil Vokrill. Every day i enjoy with Netflix and the air condition was amazing. My room was every day clean and very good. I come back and i take these hotel again. Don't forget the great street to the Skenderbeu Statue and the good Fast Food Restaurants. I love all the service in the Hotel, please take these great Hotel and enjoy your time in Prishtina. I stayed for three nights with my family and we had a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent – central, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. We were also very impressed by the quality and variety of the food – everything we tried was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Another big plus was the on-site parking, which made traveling with a family much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel 12 to anyone visiting Gjakova. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, service, and location. We would definitely come back!
