Guest reviewBy far the best place I’ve ever stayed in in Prishtina! Ira a beautiful apartment with a lounge, tv and everything you need for a stay, like a full kitchen with coffee machine etc. there is also a spacious terrace that felt very welcoming, as well as a gym. The city centre is only down the stairs, so it’s a perfect location to experience Prishtina. It feels really modern, but comfy at the same time. The design is amazing. Especially the bed is a highlight, it’s super comfortable. The host is very friendly and responds immediately to every message, so check in and check out went very smoothly. Will definitely stay here again. I throughly enjoyed the stay and I can only recommend it 100%

Guest reviewI stayed for three nights with my family and we had a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent – central, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. We were also very impressed by the quality and variety of the food – everything we tried was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Another big plus was the on-site parking, which made traveling with a family much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel 12 to anyone visiting Gjakova. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, service, and location. We would definitely come back!
