Everything was perfect. Amenities, decor, rooms and all tasty meals served on patios with views on the luscious garden that stole my heart! How ever, the trump card of Pioneers is the well trained, efficient staff who carry you on their hands from the moment you arrive. They make feel special and will attend to you with their friendly smiles at all times. Thank you all for making our stay special. From the moment I was picked up at the airport, my stay here was exceptional. I felt genuinely welcomed by everyone — the receptionist, the staff, the waiters, and even the chef, who personally made sure I was happy with my meals. The waiters were always attentive. All the staff had great local recommendations. Meeting the owners in person made the experience even more special. Their warm hospitality created an atmosphere that made me feel like home. It’s a place I will be coming back to. I can’t recommend it enough!

Beautiful stay very comfortable room and amazing food

Nkosi Guest Lodge exceeded every expectation I had! This place was absolutely gorgeous, so well-kept, and had such a relaxing vibe. The staff is incredible, so friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms are well-fitted, clean, and incredibly modern. The pool is lovely. The breakfast selection was vast and really good quality! Excellent sleep quality - is very important for us.

It is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms all back onto the land where there are waterholes for elephants, warthogs, bush bucks, and plentiful birdlife to congregate. The vulture feeding was a highlight with Moses explaining how important they are in the ecosystem.

Jabulani was very nice and hospitable

The family suite had three large bedrooms each having its own ensuite and the lounge and outdoor are was so private an fabulous. The pool was so beautiful and fun for the kids. the view overlooking the Zimbabwe National Reserve waterhole was breathtaking. We saw elephants, buffalo, giraffes, baboons, antelope and many species of birds every day. The Zimbabwe Staff were so helpful and happy it was infectious 😁.
