I am absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with utmost courtesy and efficiently checked in. The room was simply exquisite and remarkably spacious, boasting an enormous bed with supremely comfortable mattresses and pillows. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every necessary amenity provided in the bathroom. The air conditioning functioned flawlessly, and I appreciated the option to open the window for fresh air. The hotel itself is situated in a prime location and is incredibly well-maintained and immaculate throughout. The staff were, without exception, the epitome of professionalism and hospitality. The breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary, offering an abundance of choices to cater to every palate.

Everything the photos look like is how it is. Somewhere that has to be seen to be believed. A beautiful building with amazing staff, we had a great stay in Tiranë because of Bujtina e Gjelit. Would definitely return and would encourage friends and family to visit.

Arta is the best!!! She treats you like family and is so easy to get ahold of. She upgraded our room and we had a beautiful big room with a comfortable bed. She also helped us to decide what to do each day which was super kind. The lady who cleans the rooms (sorry I don't remember your name!!) is equally as nice. Breakfast is great for not having a kitchen. She makes sure to change it up. She really cares about her guests and it shows.

It's a great hotel in the city centre. There are many shops in the area and it's close to the tourist attractions. The room was comfortable, very clean, with all the facilities you need. The breakfast was delicious and various. The staff was welcoming and friendly.
