Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.

The staff very warmly welcomed us! The location was excellent, where we could easily access the major attractions. The breakfast buffet was also quite rich. Overall, I would love to stay again in Nala.

Nice place, you can book it without any hesitation. Super friendly staff by Austrian standards. Junior suite looked beautifully renovated. They weren’t tolerant of my 2-year old running around the restaurant during dinner, but honestly I respect that and rate that as a plus!
