The room decoration and facilities were impressive. There was a bottle of wine for welcome drink. The staffs were helpful and friendly. It was convenient for us to be able to buy Innsbruck Travel Card from the hotel reception.

The hotel staff were very understanding of my needs, and did more than everything to help me. Also the car park was a fantastic option to use, very very helpful.

This 4-star hotel is conveniently situated just a 10-minute tram ride from Innsbruck's Old Town. Free WiFi is free in the entire house. .
