Our 2 nights stay was great beyond words, we were so impressed by the service provided by Charlie at the front desk. He is an excellent staff, so caring, lots of initiative, so helpful, unfortunately we didnt manage to thank hiim personally before we left. We were told by Lukas that Charlie is not on duty but he will convey the message to him. The room service was great too, fast and efficient. The shower was the best. Room was really comfortable, The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to all popular destination. I will be staying here whenever i visit Innsbruck.

Amazing location, super friendly reception who gave us a lot of useful information. Room had everything we needed, a lot of storage space, nice bed and good shower. The price was great. Basically, perfect! :)

We stayed an extra night! Our room was great, we had a suite and the extra was worth it. I enjoyed having a radio in the spacious bathroom. Great staff, food in the restaurant was amazing, and breakfast was good.
