The hotel is quite new and in good shape. It's located just above the old town and famous bridge, however with summer temperatures closing to 40 degrees, we choose to drive to town. The rooms are big and clean with all needed facilities. We met a nice Bosnian waiter, who was very chatty and quite a character - an asset to this hotel. But the biggest plus was its small but beautiful pool with a view over the city. The pool has a moving roof so it can be opened up if needed. And it looks and feels great. This is a good place to cool off overnight while traveling or stay for a few days to visit the city and its surroundings.

Our whole family stayed in two rooms at the hotel. Everything was wonderful, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff deserve all the praise they get – they were always available and patient even with our youngest, restless child :). The breakfast was excellent, and when something ran out, it was always replenished and fresh. The hotel's location is good - within a 10-minute walk to the center (St. James's Church). The hotel also offered free parking.

Situated 16 km from Kravica Waterfall, Hotel Brotnjo offers 4-star accommodation in Čitluk and has a garden, a terrace and a bar.
