This was our 2nd stay and we will come back. The staff is super friendly, helpful, smiling all the time. Their attitude and faces are already relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean and you're welcomed by fruits & cookies. Amenities are top quality. Location is the best if you want to enjoy a walk by the river, without any traffic. Very secure area and with a variety of bars & restaurants, even shopping center to enjoy everything Sarajevo has to offer

I’ve read a few reviews and not sure why there have been some negative ones. We loved it here! The facilities are amazing. The gym is well equipped, pool and sauna are amazing and the relaxation chairs were so good. There was an issue with our takeaway breakfast for our early flight and they were so lovely and apologetic and made us one quickly as we were leaving. The breakfast was so good. Easy shuttle to the airport. Our room was amazing and comfortable. Overall, great stay!

Great location! There's no free parking, but that seems to be the case for all hotels around the historical center. That said, we had no problems with parking. The "Donnybrook Suite" was very comfortable and perfectly clean, with a pretty nice terrace. Special shoutout to the shampoo/gel—Prija Ginseng is pure love!
