We very much enjoyed everything about this hotel. From the diversified breakfast to the spa which had an amazing pool with jacuzzi and glass roof. Staff was kind and helpful. In each day the room was cleaned, towels were changed if needed and we did not had any worries about the warmthness. Hotel is situated in a quiet zone of Borovets, don’t expect to have a 2 minute walk to the center. But this is not an inconveniece because you will have a free shuttle to bring you to and in from center.

The luxurious 5-star Festa Winter Palace in Borovets at the foot of the Rila mountain has an indoor pool and is only 100 metres away from the ski runs and the cable car.

The hotel is wonderful, extremely friendly staff, people do everything to make you happy, very clean, the food is delicious. Warm and cosy spa area, my son adored the swimming pool. There is also kids club with toys and entertainment. We will come back.
