We have stayed in Novotel before in Europe & have found them to be good value but nothing above ordinary. This Novotel in Montreal was exceptional. Very welcoming staff and nicely furnished & decorated reception area. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. The location was perfect as it was close to the P.E Trudeau airport.

From the moment we stepped out of our Uber it was clear we were in for a special experience. From the doormen to reception snd the concierge staff everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel had spread rose petals on our bed and bathroom along with chocolates, which was a lovely surprise. Good sized room, the comfiest bed, a spa bath and an amazing toilet all made the experience great. Breakfast was also fabulous and we loved the garden room. The hotel was just beautiful but it’s the staff that really made our stay so special.

The location in the heart of Old Montreal. Bed was very comfortable, sheets clean and aromatic. The complementary breakfast was offered and they reminded me about the brunch on weekends that goes until 1:00pm, which is very beneficial as many people wake up late on Sundays!

Hotel Kutuma is less than 10 minutes' drive from Old Montreal and is 1 km from the Plateau-Mont-Royal neighbourhood.
