Great, fantastic hotel, comfortable and cozy, extremely well maintained, nice and polite staff, rooms were clean and spacious, well insulated (very few to none noise around), great beds, perfect Wifi, plenty of parking spots and, saving the best for last, a memorable, hard to forget, breakfast, combining fine French cuisine refinment with rough and consistent American style. Fantastic value for money, needless to say more..

from the time we got out of our car, we were greeted by friendly employees. once checked in, the macaroons and pastries in the room that seemed homemade were outstanding. The bathroom was the best, amazing. the bar was great. we did not dine there but had some drinks. Overall, great value. I tried to stay there again a couple weeks later but was sold out. The best Ritz that I have ever been to.

Fabulous hotel. Friendly, helpful staff with good recommendations, very comfortable beds, superb breakfast with so many options and excellent coffee options. Great location. Choose the Executive King Room and request a corner room on a high floor for a nice view. Eat at Mondavie with live music in the Old Town - make a reservation and say which floor (depending on what music you want to hear).

It was a pleasant stay in a very nice hotel. Our room was very modernly furnished, but the tradition was preserved, e.g. the brick wall on the window side. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good a la carte breakfast. Good location in the city center, about 5 minutes to the subway.

The Staff was excellent. Rooms were fantastic and location was near to all the shopping and St. Catherine's St. We would lhighly recommend this place for its convenience and again wonderful staff who were accommodating to all of our requests and amazing with our son.
