The hotel is beautiful, we got an upgrade to a nice corner room in the top floor of the new building, the room is really big, beautifully decorated, the bed super confortable, the bathroom was big with a very modern toilet, had a big balcony but the hotel has some renovations so we couldn’t use it. Maximiliano from the front desk gave us a great customer service always with an smile, also the cleaning ladies on the new building they were very nice and also the Spanish guy from the bar. Great location near train station and center. Breakfast had plenty of options, thanks for everything!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and its location was excellent—within a 10-minute walk from both the train station and Lake Thun's boat dock. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous, helping us with our luggage and providing us with maps for sightseeing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The lady who prepared the breakfast was also very friendly. As we were leaving, we ran into them and exchanged a cheerful farewell. It was truly a delightful trip.

I was only here for 2 nights due to the city of Thun on my road trip through Europe and I didn't have high expectations, but the hotel pleasantly surprised me. It has a great location, right next to a lake with the possibility of swimming, as well as a smaller park and meadow where a tiny train drive around. The rooms were clean, nothing to complain about, i found finally a hotel with large space in shower. Breakfast is not amazing but not bad either. The staff is very nice and willing to advise, sometimes mix up which side is left and which is right :)) but its nothing. Overall rating: Perfect
