The hotel is a few meters from the Interlaken West train station. I really appreciated the fact that I received an upgrade to a superior room type. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, extremely kind and always smiling staff. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every day.

Eveything was amazing!!! The setting is breathtaking, excellent spa, friendly and super-helpful staff, good food, comfy rooms. And the masseuse, Barbara, is an absolute miracle worker! We’ll be back for sure!

We liked everything! The house itself is beautifully furnished and has high end appliances. Every little detail was well thought of. It was spotless clean. The location is amazing surrounded by mountains and hills. It is a very peaceful place. We could see cows passing occasionally. :). The hosts were very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question.

This is my third time staying at this hotel because it offers a lot of relaxation and peace, which is exactly what I need. The views are beautiful, and the food is really tasty. The room was big, clean and comfortable, I had a small balcony with lake views and it had plenty of storage space. I liked that the movie theme continued throughout the place plus the TV even had Netflix! The place has a restaurant that is open till late, very rare in the area and it has amazing views. Location is perfect, a few steps from the train station and a large supermarket next door. It is clear the place is managed by people who really love and care for it.
