The room was clean and spacious. It has a huge closet and storage so that I could use them ENOUGH. It was the only hotel that provided gowns and indoor slippers. Through mirroring, I could watch Netflix as well. The staff were extremely friendly and felt like a family. Especially, the young pretty staff is the best and will help you at anytime. Wish you have a nice trip in Cananda next month. Finally, Thank you the elegant old lady for making us the best latte in a nice cup at breakfast.

The hotel itself is efficient and has provided us with exceptional convenience. As a family leisure, we went for the suite, excellent for two adults and two children, everyone enjoyed it. The spa area is not big, but excellent for a few people, Sauna rooms are very designed and maintained. Breakfast was good. The restaurant OVIS was excellent, the chef, staff, food was amazing.
