The room was excellent, the view stunning, close to the parking. The staff was absolutely great, they really want to make you feel welcome, they receive you warmly. Furthermore, they care and want the client is happy. The restaurant and the menu is very nice and of excellent quality. The best hotel in Saas Fee we’ve been so far. We will return for sure.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, less than 3 minutes walking distance to the Zermatt railway station, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel itself is efficient and has provided us with exceptional convenience.
