Simply WOW! 💖 Fantastic place and absolutely amazing staff! You guys are magicians at creating an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort! Everything was simply perfect: delicious, clean, friendly, beautiful, but what surprised me most was that the managers really listened to people's comments here! Can you imagine, it turns out there are managers in this world who really improve the service after complaints from guests!? 😁 And absolutely everything I read here about the hotel before checking in, absolutely all the wishes of previous guests, were met and fulfilled. The room was really nice and had everything I needed. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. Free (non alcoholic) drinks from the mini bar, really nice! Also got voucher for drink for saying no to cleaning one day and also a drink since I was staying for some days. Loved that! The staff was wonderful. Everything was well explained when I got there and you got bus ticket to travel around the city. The location was good, short distance from train station. Also, breakfast was really good. Would definately stay there again.
