We received a free upgrade for the room which had direct access to a small garden whilst our children could access the same garden in the adjacent room. Both rooms were really spacious . The hotel has a romantic, pleasant atlosphere with agood breakfast and nice places to relax both inside and outside. At breakfast we were offered, eggs, fruit, youghurt, croissants, juice, coffee, tea etc. Various restaurants are close by. The old town can be reached by taxi (or Uber).

I had such a restful stay here last night. The room was wonderfully quiet, which made it easy to get a full night’s sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were soft and luxurious—such a simple detail, but it made all the difference. I woke up feeling refreshed and grateful for the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for true rest and comfort.

We love this small, very tastefully decorated, family hotel. We really are made felt like home here! The location in Mariscal is really great too.

Fantastic location, almost on the Plaza San Francisco. Hotel located in old spanish-style hacienda wiht beautiful patio. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. All original furniture and decor everywhere. You feel like you sleep in private apartments almost. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was served in cafeteria on San Francisco Plaza (included). You can also park your car inside (just two places)

Excellent hotel with great rooms, excellent breakfast and lovely staff. All transfers to/from airport worked very well. Everyone was professional, helpful and incredibly nice. I found Quito safe during daytime - I was walking everywhere, including to La Mariscal (a very long hike). However, I know Spanish and do not stand out.
