The sign of a first class hotel is the reception staff. They were gracious, poised, and eager to be of assistance. As a traveler in a foreign country where I do not speak the language this is especially valued. Suggestions on where to park, where to eat ( we also ask them to tell THEIR favorite restaurant), and what sights not to miss were very welcome.

Looming is an eco-friendly hostel located a 10-minute walk away from the Tartu Railway Station.

The personal was very friendly and informative, the hostel is clean and it has a very colorful happy vibe about it. The kitchen, showers and toilets are very clean and spacious. I got to choose a bed because there were several free. It doesn't include towel and you have to give €5 to get a key to the locker which they give back when you return the key
