The property is very big and super beautiful. The pools are nicely warm, which is great for February when the average temperature is around 20 degrees.

I had an extraordinary week at KaiSol Romance in Sahl Hasheesh, Hurdagha, Egypt. The receptionists, Ibrahim and Mohamed, were outstanding—attentive, polite, and extremely friendly. The entire staff, from the restaurant to the room makers, provided exceptional service at high standards. The hotel boasts fantastic facilities like the gym and spa. The beach, impeccably clean, is attended to by a wonderful staff. Rooms are spotless, food is excellent, and the overall service is exceptional. A truly memorable stay that I highly recommend!

It was an amazing stay! Starting with the reception manager Mr. Wael, he and his team caring about the guests with high priority, Guest relation Tina is making amazing job and do her best to make the guests as much satisfied as possible. Alaa Sayed one of the best employees, he really did great job and I have to mention Gamal and Hamza around the pool running all the day with drinks, amazing service!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel's ambiance is exquisite, with tasteful decor that strikes the perfect balance between modern elegance and comfort. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering stunning views of the pool area. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the management to the cleaning staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met promptly and with a smile. I love traveling and I have been to so many hotels but I have never met so friendly, helpful and positive staff like them. The management is great and they make you feel so special and they are extremely helpful. The amenities at the hotel are top-notch. Whether it was enjoying a relaxing swim in the pool or jacuzzi, indulging in a delicious meal at the onsite restaurant, or unwinding with a pampering spa treatment, every moment was a delight. My mom and I had a pamper day, we had facial, massage, hairstyle, manicure and pedicure. All of the treatments are 10/10. Highly recommend. Overall, my stay at the Albatros Palace exceeded all expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is the perfect destination for a luxurious and rejuvenating retreat.

The check-in was smooth, the food was very good, and the accommodation was excellent. The service was proactive and friendly – the staff regularly checked in with us and were especially kind to our children. The heated pools and the water park were perfect for kids. Overall, a truly great five-star hotel.

The unforgettable stay experience is a very worthwhile reservation in Hurghada. Especially the reception manager Ahmed, he is patient with guests, does his best and takes responsibility, and handles problems in a timely manner, making people feel at home

Best family trip We stayed in old Palace resort from the 24-28th of October for a family trip, with my husband, daughter, parents and sister. Before our arrival and throughout our stay we had wonderful support and welcoming attitude from all the resort members making our trip really memorable and happy. Its started with a visa problem that caused a cancellation of our booking which we made in Dec 2022, however the hotel reservations department gladly solved the issue and recovered our booking with the same price we originally booked with. When we arrived they also offered us an upgrade to sea view rooms, and gave us two adjacent rooms. Because we had a baby stroller and my dad's knee problem, they offered us easy accessible ground floor rooms. As a repeated customer with a third time visiting old Palace we were offered free exclusive dinner in one of their private restaurants (Italian and Brazilian) from which we chose the Italian. Luckily there was also place on the day of my dad's birthday so they made us a special table decorated with flowers and balloons which was magnificent. They also sent us a bd cake to the room which we asked to be offered instead after the dinner, so they offered candles and even sang with us a happy bd for my dad :) that made him really happy. The food experience in Cucina (the Italian restaurant) was truly magnificent, the taste and cooking were perfectly done big thanks to chef Ayman for that! In our daily eating times we were always welcomed in the main restaurant of open buffet by Mr Ahmad mahmoud the manager of the restaurant who always made sure we were satisfied also i would like to thank mr mohamed ehab. Since my daughter has cow milk allergy, chef Hussein Youssef always made special dishes free of any cow based products for her and we were allowed to take that extra special food for later when she didn't feel like eating in the designated buffet times.
