There are not enough positive words to explain how much we liked this resort & our stay, but to sum it up, AMAZING!!! Everything single staff member we encountered were brilliant, however, a few mentions for the Posh Club especially, which is where we spent most of our time, thank you to the very helpful & organised Hanna & team, Patricia, Wardy, Moustafa, Paulo & also Pool Hassan loved meeting you all & thank you so much for your friendly yet efficient manners & for looking after us. Hi from Ukraine! We had the great vacation in hotel Charmillion Club Resort ❤️ I would like to say too much thank you for everyone who is working there! The first “shukran” to Mr Abdu,receptionist,who met us in the evening and was too much polite and respectful with us! We spend 2 weeks there and didn’t want to leave hotel,everyone was for us like family. Another thank you for restaurant,bar,specially Mr. Amr,who is working in bar near sea,who made my mood more better and was like my brother! Too much thanks to manager MR AMR,who was issue all problems and still be polite and great also, Wanna say thank you for Sara,animators,all stuff,SPA girls, thank you so much ,Anna who is working in Spa,thanks all hotel,you deserve 5*,food,too much tasty,thanks for all stuff who is working at the kitchen,everyone deserve the best. You are great,thank you too much, Housekeeper also made good atmosphere in room,too much clean,and good atmosphere, Thanks to Karlo who is working in shop with pictures,was like my father,who made the best coffe,you are wonderful ❤️ Thanks a lot, 10/10 I can recommend you for everyone ❤️ See you soon! Everything was great, food was delicious with many varieties, Mr. Ibrahim Eissa the best chef, staff was friendly, Mr..Armia Front office mgr. Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Kerlos. I am sure i shall come again.

The view of the resort was absolutely gorgeous, we had a nice view of the relax pool from our balcony, and the relax pool bar is definitely our favorite. We tried out different pools and jacuzzi, it was cold while entering but it got better later with the sun. Our room was very clean, spacious, and the common area was well maintained. There’s a good variety of food and drinks, we didn’t get bored after 7 days there. The snorkeling experience was also great, there’re always attentive safeguards.
