End of season they gave me the full suite amazing views, balcony, suite. Pool and loungers and ambient music very relaxing. Great breakfast and beach nearby. Gym is great. 5 stars

Enjoyed a beautiful week staying here on the signature level with butler service which was exceptionally good. The place is well managed, staff are all truly committed to you having a great time there. Food was delicious, there are two restaurants and a buffet restaurant. Make sure you make your bookings for dinner with the helpful butler's service via WhatsApp. Messages were answered promptly and every time we needed anything the team made sure it was dealt with. You don't need to book for the buffet restaurant. Breakfast there was from 8am until 11am each day. So much choice and well prepared food. Thanks to everyone there for making it a beautiful time for us to enjoy ourselves in the Ibiza sun.

15 minute walk to Ibiza town. 5 minute walk to the marina. Hotel interior was amazing. So Modern and elegant. Breakfast was lovely. Fruit was so fresh! We got upgraded to a junior suite- gorgeous room. Would definitely be visiting again

The hostess, Claudia, was very friendly and funny 😄. She helped us optimise our stay. We even decided to stay longer than we anticipated.

The hotel is very peaceful and quiet, even there were other guest there, it never felt loud or crowded. Sophie and Jez were extremely accommodating and helpful from the moment we checked in. We can’t wait to go back!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was great and the hotel was in a very good location. We arrived very early in the morning, way before the check-in time but we were completely taken care of. We were able to shower in the gym, chill at the sun-beds beside the pool and keep our luggage in the storage room. We were even offered a 20 minute massage while we waited for our room. I have never experienced such good treatment by a hotel before. I booked it because of the cleanliness of the rooms but the whole experience was amazing. Well done Sun Ibiza Apartments.
